3. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the app, we may collect:
- Account information, such as email address, login identifiers, profile details, and account status.
- Content you provide, such as prompts, uploaded photos or files, generation settings, feedback, and saved creations.
- Purchase and entitlement information, such as credit balance, VIP status, order identifiers, and Google Play Billing receipts. We do not collect full payment card numbers.
- Device and app information, such as app version, device type, language, approximate region, diagnostics, crash logs, and security signals.
- Support information, such as messages you send to us and information needed to resolve account, billing, or privacy requests.
4. How we use information
We use information to provide the app, process AI creation requests, save and display your creations, manage credits and subscriptions, verify purchases, prevent abuse, improve reliability, provide customer support, and comply with legal obligations.
5. Uploaded media and generated content
Uploaded media and prompts are used to provide the requested creation features and related app functionality. Generated results may be stored in your account so you can view, download, or manage them. We do not sell user-uploaded media.
We do not use user-uploaded photos, videos, prompts, generated content, or other user materials to train AI models unless we separately ask for and receive consent where required by law.
6. Sharing and service providers
We may share limited information with service providers that help operate the app, including cloud hosting, storage, analytics, security, customer support, and AI processing providers. Google Play processes in-app purchases under Google's own policies. We do not sell personal information.
You have the right to know whether your personal information is shared, sold, or disclosed, including the categories of personal information involved, the categories of recipients, and the purposes for sharing. You may ask us about our data sharing practices by contacting privacy@clinglive.com.
We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate Cling AI, such as hosting providers, cloud storage providers, AI processing infrastructure, analytics providers, crash reporting providers, security vendors, customer support tools, and app store billing providers. These providers are permitted to process personal information only for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and our instructions.
Some privacy laws define "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising" broadly to include certain advertising, analytics, or cross-context behavioral advertising activities. We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not use user-uploaded photos, videos, prompts, or generated content for targeted advertising. If Cling AI ever engages in an activity that qualifies as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under applicable law, you may opt out by emailing privacy@clinglive.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share / Targeted Advertising Opt-Out." You may also use device-level controls, such as Android advertising ID settings, where available.
7. Retention and deletion
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the app, maintain transaction records, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. You may request account deletion or deletion of non-essential account data by contacting privacy@clinglive.com.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect user data and limit access to authorized personnel and service providers.
9. Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, know, correct, delete, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, request a copy of your information, and opt out of certain sale, sharing, profiling, or targeted advertising where applicable.
This includes the right to know whether your personal information is shared, sold, or disclosed, and to receive information about the categories of personal information shared, categories of recipients, and purposes of disclosure.

10. California privacy rights

11. Virginia privacy rights
If you are a resident of Virginia, you may have rights under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act ("VCDPA").
Subject to applicable exceptions, Virginia residents may have the right to confirm whether we process personal data, access personal data we process about you, correct inaccuracies, delete personal data provided by or obtained about you, obtain a portable copy of personal data you previously provided, and opt out of processing of personal data for targeted advertising, sale of personal data, or certain profiling decisions.
We do not sell personal data for money. If any activity qualifies as a sale of personal data, targeted advertising, or covered profiling under the VCDPA, you may opt out by contacting privacy@clinglive.com with the subject line "Virginia Privacy Opt-Out."
If we decline to take action on your Virginia privacy request, you may appeal our decision by replying to our response or emailing privacy@clinglive.com with the subject line "Virginia Privacy Appeal."
12. International processing
Your information may be processed in countries or regions other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international processing.
13. Children's privacy
Cling AI is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
