These Terms of Use apply to the Cling AI mobile app and related support services. By using Cling AI, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. App features
Cling AI provides AI creative tools for images, videos, photo editing workflows, prompts, and saved creative results. Features may change, be limited, or be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, provider availability, safety controls, or operational needs.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and use the app only for lawful purposes.
4. User content
You are responsible for prompts, photos, files, feedback, and other content you provide. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and use your content with Cling AI. You may not use the app to create or distribute illegal, harmful, deceptive, infringing, exploitative, or non-consensual content.
5. Purchases, credits, and subscriptions
Paid features may use credits, VIP access, subscriptions, or other entitlements. In-app purchases in the Android app are processed through Google Play Billing. Google Play may handle payment details, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and billing support under its own policies. Credits or entitlements may be limited to the account and app environment where they were purchased.
6. Generated results
AI-generated results may vary and may not be unique. You are responsible for reviewing generated results before using or sharing them. We may apply technical and policy limits to protect users, service providers, and the app.
7. Intellectual property
Cling AI, the app interface, branding, software, and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the app or underlying technology.
8. Suspension or termination
We may suspend or restrict access if we believe an account violates these Terms, creates operational risk, causes harm, or is required by law or platform policy.
9. Disclaimers
Cling AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated results will meet every expectation.
